Paul Wright
Non-Executive Chairman – AM
Paul has over 25 years of experience in senior executive and leadership roles combining banking, health, hospitality and consulting. He was for nine years General Manager for Queensland and the Northern Territory of the Medical Benefits Fund of Australia. He has also been a non-executive company director since 1985 and has served on some 16 different company Boards and been Chairman of nine of those. He has been on the National Boards of The Australian Institute of Management and The Royal Flying Doctor Service and has been Chairman of the Queensland Divisions of both organisations. Paul has also been the Chairman of The Queensland Institute of Medical Research (QIMR) Trust, Sugar Research Australia Limited and PQ Lifestyles Limited. He is the current Chairman of Phoenix Eagle Company Pty Limited. In 2006, Paul was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for his service to medical administration and to business and commerce.
Nick Woolf
Chief Executive Officer – MA (Oxon), ACCA
Nick is a life-sciences professional with 25 years of experience in industry and investment banking. Nick was most recently Chief Business Officer of Perth-based SUDA Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Prior to that, he held senior management and executive directorship roles at Phylogica Ltd and Oxford BioMedica plc. Nick has experience in partnering with major Pharma companies, cross-border M&A and raising capital in global capital markets. Prior to industry, Nick was a top-rated European life sciences equity analyst and investment banker. He was head of European Biotechnology equity research at ABN AMRO, and formerly held similar roles at Bank of America, Nomura International and UBS Warburg. He is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant with a BA and MA in Chemistry from Oxford University.

Nick has a MA in Chemistry from Oxford University.

Julian Widdup
Executive Director
Julian is Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Eagle and has significant board experience including as a director of Newcastle Mater Hospital in NSW, Casey Hospital in VIC and the AgriBio Research Facility at LaTrobe University Melbourne. Julian has also served on the boards of major international, financial, research and industrial companies. Julian holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University, is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and the AICD.
